Sie befragt die Visionen der Filmschaffenden nach einem Sinn für Gerechtigkeit, Frieden und Respekt sowie nach spirituellen Dimensionen. Der Preis ist mit CHF 20 000.– dotiert und an die Filmdistribution in der Schweiz gebunden. Das Preisgeld wird von den evangelisch-reformierten Kirchen und der römisch-katholischen Kirche der Schweiz zur Verfügung gestellt. Xenix-Film bringt «Lucky» im Dezember 2017 in die Schweizer Kinos. Le jury œcuménique décerne, depuis 1973, son prix aux réalisateurs qui parviennent le mieux à sensibiliser les spectateurs à des valeurs religieuses, humaines ou sociales. Le jury attend des réalisateurs qu’ils présentent des visions donnant sens aux mots justice, paix et respect, et qu’ils abordent une dimension spirituelle. Le prix est doté de CHF 20 000.– à utiliser pour la distribution du film en Suisse. L’argent du prix est mis à disposition par les Églises réformées évangéliques et l’Église catholique romaine de Suisse. Xenix-Film va distribuer le film en cinémas suisses en décembre 2017. Since 1973 the Ecumenical Jury has awarded its prize to film directors who have been the most successful with their artistic talent in sensitising the viewer to religious, people-related, and social values. It looks at the visions of the creative film directors with a feel for justice, peace, and respect as well as for spiritual dimensions. The award included prize money of 20,000 CHF – provided by the Reformed Churches and the Catholic Church of Switzerland – is committed for the film’s distribution in Switzerland. Xenix-Film will distribute the film in Swiss cinemas in December 2017.
